When I am bound and blindfolded, either horizontal on bed or standing/dangling with my arms up, my personal favourite music is from Madredeus.
They are from Portugal and make very calm, unobtrusive music (Fado), very melodious, often with a melancholic touch to it. Try their album Ainda, which is lovely. Most songs on it are very calm and the two songs that are a bit livelier and louder are still unobtrusive.

With many of their songs you could even let wax drop on your submissive and keep the beat with it, because they are rather slow. Lovely.
