Happy LOL day!

HAPPY Love Our Lurkers Day!!!

The acronym of Love our Lurkers seems to be lol or LoL, or even LOL, which also means laugh out loud, doesn't it? I'd love to create a smile for you now and then, or even better, make you laugh. ... Well, currently things are not always funny around here (sorry), and I know that I even have to reply to comments from my last post. I'll try to fix that soon, because if anything  the last I want is you to feel unappreciated. On the contrary, I appreciate your comments a lot and want you to know that.

After all, it means that you read something and found it worth commenting on, and that is awesome! Thank you for that dear reader.

Additional thanks go to Hermione for organising Love our Lurkers 10. Thank you Hermione. :)

Oh, talking about lol,

And...

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend full of all the good things in life.

    1. Hi Jan, all in all things are ok. There are no real news from the hospital, though there were some downers during the last week. However my sister is much better, at home and able to do light chores, so that's definitely good news. Hubby (and Amy) don't really want to see me on the road anymore, which means that I am almost sort of stuck here. But I know they are right, so it is ok, and we found a way which was ok for all of us. I go to see my sister only once a week now. I had a few pretty dizzy days, and out of thin air I have bouts of nausea. I am fine, though, and I found out that most times I feel a little better when I am either standing or when I lie down. Sitting is what my body doesn't like much at the moment. :)
Apart from that I think we are well, Tilda is happy that we go out whenever possible, I just have to make sure she doesn't put some of the yucky stuff into her mouth. :) She'll get a big hug from you early in the morning ... oh wait, I'll make it two or three. :D

      hugs and love

    2. Oh I think it is good that you haven't got too long to go now. I think that sometimes the nausea does come back at the end and my midwife dil says the rest is pretty normal, just try and rest as much as you can. The stress of the hospital is probably not helping, I know it is easy to say but you have to put yourself first right now,
      much love Jan,xx

  6. Oh NiNa - you'll get through it. Just keep thinking about that little bundle of joy and the little one (who is probably driving you a little crazy by now) We're here to listen anytime you want to vent.

Glad your sister is better and you've figured out a visiting schedule w/o you being on the road alone.

    1. Hi Sunny, oh yes, you are right, and we are less than two months away from the due date. I can't wait to hold her, up to now I have had loads of reminders that she is there, from the inside, when she kicks me. :) I am glad about being less on the road, I don't like driving too much at the moment.

  9. Happy LOL Day Nina...I do try to visit and comment as much as possible. Happy to see things are a bit better for your sister. You have to be close to your due date aren't you? Sending lots of prayers and healing energy for you, your sister and your granny. Listen to Hubby and Amy! Please give Tilda lots of hugs and tummy tickles from Auntie Cat. ;)

    Hugs and blessings...Cat

    1. Hi Cat, my due date is 6th January, my sister's is 26th December. In a way I had thought it would be great if we had the same date of birth for both of our little ones, but we are almost two weeks apart, so it should better not happen. :) Oh, I am an example of obedience when it comes to hubby and Amy (almost always). They are there for me and I love them too much not to listen to them. Hehe, by now, they keep sending me either out with Tilda or onto the sofa. Amy is with us a lot again lately and I love that. Well, no surprise there, I have almost all my dearest with me then. :) I have given Tilda hugs and tickles from you, this was part of our quality time in the morning, and we love it.

  11. Hi NiNa,
I have seen you around in comments but I am not sure if I have ever found your blog until today. If I have, I can now remember where it is and if I have not, I am happy to have discovered it now. :-) Wishing you the best. When the baby is born there will be so much love surrounding that all the rest will be a distant memory. :-) Hugs

  14. Hi Nina,

Just thought I'd pop in and fill you in too. "Our' little bundle of joy arrived yesterday. He's tiny, but he's strong! Hopefully he'll be home for Christmas, but the likelihood is he'll be come home around the same time you bring your's home. Stay safe and keep that baby 'cooking' inside! As happy as I am that our's and my precious family member is doing well, it was still too early!

    Love willie

    1. Hi Willie, aw, a lovely little baby boy! Congratulations, that's awesome! I'll try to follow your advice about keeping baby cooking inside. :) Being too early has been among my biggest fears, so I think I do understand the sorrow that I also hear in what you say. However, I am so happy that the little one is there and strong, and that his mom is doing well is wonderful news. I remember what you wrote last time, so, your message takes a weight of my mind as well. I hope all goes the best way possible for him and her. True, it would be great to have the little one home by Christmas, what a perfect moment, but even if it takes a little longer, then it is maybe a good beginning of the new year. :) I simply hope that all will be good for baby and mom.

      Love
